Where

We can install a real ice rink at most locations as long as we have suitable power, access and a hose pipe.

When

Almost all ice rinks are installed at Christmas time but we can also install during the rest of the year too.

Size

We can install a huge range of sizes. Talk to us and we can explain.

Covered or open air

If appearance is key and you have a high footfall then open air can be the right choice. Alternatively we can install your ice rink under your existing canopy or marquee. If you don't have either we can also supply the marquee for you.

Covers

We team up with only the best partners for marquee hire. We supply straight forward soft PVC sides or all glass sides if you prefer. Consulation, site visits and drawings supplied.

Real or Plastic

We only supply real ice systems meaning everyone gets the full flavour of the ice skating experience.

Site Visit

Once your event idea has begun to take shape, as part of our comprehensive service, we always offer to visit the proposed site and discuss the event through with you thoroughly.

Scope of Supply

Following the site visit we will define the scope of supply clearly in a written quotation.

Ice Rink Size

What size ice rink should we hire? Is one of the most common questions we get asked. The short answer is that it will largely depend on:

Available power supply
Suitable area available
Budget

How it all comes together:

Project Manager

Once a client places a deposit with us, we will assign a project an experienced Project Manager so that you have a single point of contact with us throughout the event.

Installation Team

All our installations are carried out by our fully trained, qualified and experienced field engineering team. They will:

Set up ice rink to the plan agreed
Train your staff
Be available throughout the event for support
Dismantle your ice rink after the end of your event

Health & Safety

We will provide:

All the necessary Risk Assessment and Method Statement.
Technical CAD drawings too if necessary.

Chillers & Support

We use industrially rated chillers from Europe's leading chiller manufacturers.
You will receive 2 or more chillers, so that you have 100% back up
The chillers we use are designed specifically for ice rinks and are very robust and energy efficient.
Phone and site support provided 24/7
Contact us and we will sort out any issues. You will not be left wondering or waiting
We will always attend to any issues as soon as we possibly can and your Project Manager will keep you constantly updated.

What's Included?

Scope

We are flexible in our scope of supply, we can do as little or as much as you are comfortable with and your budget allows. More below:

Package Includes:

Beautiful real ice rink
Comfortable ice skate package, European made, no cheap copies
Bob skates (small adjustable skates that go over shoes)
Best skate aids in the business. (Polly Penguin)
Quality rubber matting (not the cheap type that wears out)

Boot Room

If required we can also supply, benches, skate racks, personal lockers and counters / ticket office.

Rink Base

Ice Rinks need a firm laser level base. If you don't have a level floor, that's no problem we can provide a flooring system to provide the perfect surface.

Covers

Are you wondering if you should cover your ice rink with a marquee, call us we can talk you through the pros & cons.
If you prefer your ice rink covered, we can offer a marquee to cover the rink and boot changing room too if required.
These are in fact 'temporary structures' thick aluminium sections and installed properly. Perfect for ice rinks.

How it all comes together:

Lighting & Dressing

We can supply and install suitable lighting (wash, moving heads, festoons, fairy lights etc)
Optional dressing service including Christmas trees and props to suit all tastes and budgets

Staffing

Many clients prefer to operate the rink themselves. Alternatively we can supply:
Experienced and reliable staff
At least one Ice Rink Manager at all times
