What are the sizes of ice rink that you can make?nstall?
Generally anything from 10m x 20m (200m2) up to 1800m2.
We can install smaller but they are generally regarded as more suitable for children.
We can also intall our ice rinks around pillars, fountains and other features.

How much power supply do you need?
The required power supply depends on the size of your ice rink.

Where can you install and ice rink?
An ice rink needs a flat, level and solid base. If you space doesn't have a suitable base then we can usually offer to build a suitable base for you.
Indoor or Outdoor
We can install ice rinks suitable for indoor or outdoor locations. There are pros and cons for each and we would be happy to discuss these with you.
We can also provide temporary structures (marquees) for your ice rink event if required.
How much does it cost?
Ice rinks typcally cost from around £50k upwards for the entire Christmas Season but contact and we can talk you through all the financials.
We haven't run an ice rink before, is it hard to do?
No its not hard but like many things in life, the devil is in the detail. We have years of expertise in our specialist field and we are always happy to advise and share our knowlege so that your event will be successful.
Do you supply everything we need?
In short, yes we do. We can also offer to supply other associated items / services you may also need.
Do we run the ice rink ourselves or can you manage it?
We can offer fully managed ice rinks but mostly we supply the ice rink equipment and you run it with our guidance and help this is the most cost effective way for you.
How long does it take to build?
Typically 2-3 days to install your ice rink and a further 3-5 days to generate the ice surface.
How many skaters can use an ice rink?
The industry standard is 1 skater per 3m2. So if you have a 15m x 20m ice rink (300m2) then you can have a maximum 100 skaters on the rink at any one time.
What about support?
During the Christmas season our phones are available 24/7 and we are able to come to site immedately if necessary.
Our chiller partners have support hot lines and most of the time problems can be fixed quickly over a phone call without any disrutption. If the issue cannot be solved on a call quickly, then our partner will send an engineer to site as quickly as possible.
We only partner with chiller suppliers that offer top level support nationwide.
